We have become a "must see" location for travelers all around the world. We strive to maintain a unique experience for our visitors by limiting a maximum amount of travelers per day into the wetlands. You will notice that we built our store and camping sites around mother nature, not over it.

Night tours are not valid until confirmed by phone. Numbers will be listed on your voucher. Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Call 24 hours prior to confirm minimum requirement of 6 passengers has been met.

Seasonality:

Our night airboat tours are seasonal. In the cold weather months, it is weather permitting only. In the warmer months our tours are approximately from 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Times vary depending on group size, day light savings, weather and lake conditions.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Recommended for all tours in Orlando: Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
