Let the Adventure Begin!

Let your adventure begin with an hot air balloon ride in Orlando Florida. Imagine gently floating over the tropical landscape of Central Florida while soaking in the warm morning sunshine and enjoying the spectacular view. You can see sites such as Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM and many other attractions. Also enjoy beautiful scenery and wildlife.

To start our day we meet at a predetermined location, then we will proceed to our launch site. Once at the launch site, your adventure begins as we inflate our multicolored balloon. To add to your ballooning adventure, you are invited to become part of the crew and get a “hands on” experience.

After the balloon is inflated and all systems are “go”, you will then start your flight in the hands of Mother Nature. After your flight, which is approximately 1 - 1.5 hours, and the packing up of the balloon, we will have a traditional Champagne Brunch (which includes champagne, orange juice, chips, fruits, cheese & crackers, pastries and many other goodies.) to toast your adventure. Your entire ballooning adventure will last approximately 3 - 3.5 hours.

Not only do you depart with the memories of your wonderful hot air ballooning experience as our customer, but you also leave as a friend. You will meet and enjoy the company of many other people during your adventure. When we fly, there are usually several other balloonists who will fly with us, so you can be flying with 1 to 12 or more other balloons - a site that is absolutely breathtaking!

we only use state-of-art equipment that is certified and inspected annually by an FAA repair station. All of our pilots are FAA commercially licensed. And our pilots and crew chiefs attend annual FAA sponsored safety seminars.

Return Details:

Confirmation & Travel Voucher

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Box Office. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $50.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Recommended for all tours in Orlando: Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.

Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.

Aerostat Adventures and TourCorp Inc. assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of roads, trails, bays, ocean, harbors, and any other conditions beyond control, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers. On some tours and activities the size of the vehicle depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day. Tour companies reserve the right to change the size of the vehicle.

• Call the night before your scheduled flight to confirm that the flight is still a “go”.
• Even though we are in “sunny” Florida, be sure to bring a jacket for the early morning’s cooler air.
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty or damp. (Since we’re in the hands of Mother Nature, we’re never sure where we’re going to land. Jeans and tennis shoes or rugged boots are recommended.)
• If you or anyone in your party has any type of handicaps or physical limitations, please be sure to notify us in advance so we can make any special arrangements that may be necessary for the passenger.
• Since weight is an extremely important factor in flying a hot air balloon, we may at any given time, require that you give us your weight.
• No alcohol is permitted in flight, nor do we allow intoxicated passengers to fly at any time.
• No smoking is allowed in or near the hot air balloon at anytime.
• Bring you camera and lots of film! You’ll want to get lots of pictures during your adventure.
• Please note that Aerostat Adventures is not responsible for any of your personal belongings at any time during your adventure.
